In 1 sentence … or three

The CAREFUL approach is a way to bring both compassion and rigour to healthcare leadership.

It's a structured system of healthcare improvement which aims primarily to engage and motivate staff.

The CAREFUL system covers a wide range of personal and organisational behaviours designed to increase positivity and inclusiveness and thereby improve the complex technical processes that underly great patient care.
