The Cultural Questionnaire

The Cultural Questionnaire is a 50-question opinion survey, designed to be applied once every few months to an entire group of staff. We recommend tthat this is applied at the beginning of a CAREFUL intervention and then every 6-12 months thereafter. In-between these cultural questionnaires, we recommend using a staff barometer to keep track of staff satisfaction, opinions and suggestions.

The questions are specifically designed to uncover which of the CAREFUL qualities are prevalent in your organisation and which need work.

Need help?

This cultural questionnaire can be applied by you 'manually' - using pieces of paper and a spreadsheet. There are clearly more sophisticated methods, utilising online services and postal questionnaires.
