CAREFUL Solutions

The CAREFUL approach can be used at different levels within an organisation

  • Individual: individual leaders may wish to use any of the CAREFUL elements for themselves, They may also wish to use the CAREFUL appraoch in solving individual challenges

  • Team: departments, areas or directorates and smller organisations such as GP practices can all use the CAREFUL approach as a rapid and structured approach to improvement

  • Organisation: The CAREFUL approach can also be used as an organisational development approach for a larger organisation.

Scoping-out the solution

The needs of every organisation are different - and so are the priorities.

We offer a service of analysis and scoping which allows you to assess where the touch-points in your organisation lie. We assess the degree to which current implementation meets your needs.

We interview your leaders and staff to clarify your sitution and provide you with an implementation plan agreed by your staff..
