Thank you letters
Thank-you letters are a way to develop positivity within the organisation by acknowledging hard work, in writing.
All leaders should write letters - preferably hand-written - personally, which should include:
Two important sources of information are the Staff Surveys / Barometer and Leadership Rounds.
To make Thank-You letters sustainable beyond an initial period of enthusiasm the organisation needs to keep a log of who has sent whom these letters and the data from this reviewed at the senior level of the organisation.
